We’ve experienced very good results with Push traffic, banners (display advertising) and Social traffic, which helps to target the desired audience and to generate quality Leads. Therefore, we highly recommend these channels. Besides those, affiliates can try any source of traffic at their convenience. But have our Terms and Conditions [Link to Terms and Conditions] and the prohibited channels in mind when trying out new ideas to get Leads.
Billing
All entities have the same billing rules. But they may apply individually and differ for partners in multiple entities. E.g. Due to the number of leads delivered per month, one partner may have weekly payouts for the entity Europe but monthly payouts for the entity Brazil.
Your commissions remain unpaid in your account on We doo Affiliate until you reach the threshold, without any time limitation. We can also pay commissions below 500€, but then apply a service charge of 50,00€.
The threshold for each entity is 500 EUR (€).
We pay commissions when an account has reached the minimum threshold of 500,00€/entity. Our accountancy issues credit notes weekly or monthly and transfers money directly to the affiliates bank accounts. We pay by wire transfer on the first working day after leads validation (72hrs time) and do not issue any other payment methods.
We pay in Euro (EUR) via wire transfer for all entities and also offer U.S. Dollar (USD) payments. Please double check with your account manager for further details.
Business Development
Our tracking system is based on server-to-server postback pixel, therefore we place Javascript pixels anytime under request. This is not by default. We implement JS pixel ONLY for Social traffic offers. You can easily find them on the We doo Affiliate platform: they contain the keyword “Facebook”. You need to have only one account at We doo Affiliate that’s approved for each entity before you can promote its offers. You get your account approval for each entity by getting in touch with our business development:
We doo Affiliate needs 72 hours maximum to process and approve sign-up requests.
We call “entity” every group of Geos under the same billing rules, so our accountancy consists of three entities: “AP – Asia Pacific”, “EU – Europe”, “BR – Brazil”. We mark offers on We doo Affiliate according to the belonging division: “GE” – Germany”, “FR” – France, “IT” – Italy.
